Shipping Information

Standard Shipping:

Specialty Home Solutions provides FREE Shipping on Solar Comfort heater purchases within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs will be added to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Shipping charges apply as indicated during checkout for other products.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground in the United States. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order date for in-stock items.

- NOTICE -
Due to the overwhelming response for the energy saving Solar Comfort Heater, shipping is taking a little longer. We are making every effort to ship orders within 5-7 business days (or less, if possible) on in-stock heaters.

Refund/Return Policy

We're confident that you will love your new Specialty Home Solutions product(s), however, if on the rare occasion your merchandise is damaged during shipment, the damage must be reported to our office prior to opening the shipping package and within the first 7 days of delivery receipt for shipping insurance purchases.

We 100% guarantee you're satisfaction, so if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a product exchange or full refund (less a 15% restocking fee). All returned merchandise must be in new, undamaged and resalable condition.

When shipping returns, Specialty Home Solutions, strongly encourages insuring returned merchandise for the full purchase price through your shipping company. Specialty Home Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for, nor accept, damaged merchandise for refunds or exchanges unless previously notified during the first 7 days of receipt.

To return products:

1. Call the office TOLL FREE at (888) 365-9008 to obtain an RMA# and return instructions for all products.

For Solar Comfort products:

1. Repackage Solar Comfort products in Specialty Home Solutions box (include the "Return Instructions" sheet in the box).
2. Be sure to securely package products so as to not sustain damage during shipping.
3. Take box with product for return to UPS or any authorized shipping company and send to the following address:
